Refund Policy

At Crownvale, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:
• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged
• Gift cards (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider.
